3) Explain:
a) DPI
They are the dots per inch, which determine the resolution of printers and scanners.
b) Optical Resolution
This refers to the number of truly seperate readings taken from an original within a given distance, as opposed to the subsequent increase in resolution created by software interpolation.
c)Colour Depth
This refers to as bit depth is the number of bits used to describe the colour of each pixel. Greater bit depth allows a greater range of colours or shades of grey to be represented by a pixel.

The colour depth of this printer is 16-8 bit.
Also there is a DPI of 4800x4800.
